Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1 scoop of any kind of protein shake
- 1/3 cup plain thick Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp maca powder
- 1 inch chopped or grated fresh ginger
- 1 large slice unpeeled lemon
- 2 dates (optional for sweetness)
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Toppings: Homemade superfood granola with almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, and goji, banana, mango, bee pollen, dark chocolate chip.
