VANILLA WAFFLES


Ingredients:

  • 50g Spelt Flour
  • 20g of any kind of protein shake
  • 1 Egg
  • approx. 50ml Milk (I used Soja Milk, but every other works fine as well)
  • 50g Yoghurt
  • Baking Powder
  • Bourbon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil for the Waffle Iron

 

Directions:

Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Pre Heat your Waffle Iron and add some Oil.
Finally bake two Waffles on medium Heat.
Top with whatever desired and enjoy!
