Ingredients:
- 50g Spelt Flour
- 20g of any kind of protein shake
- 1 Egg
- approx. 50ml Milk (I used Soja Milk, but every other works fine as well)
- 50g Yoghurt
- Baking Powder
- Bourbon Vanilla
- 1/2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil for the Waffle Iron
Directions:
Simply combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Pre Heat your Waffle Iron and add some Oil.
Finally bake two Waffles on medium Heat.
Top with whatever desired and enjoy!
