Ingredients:
- 20g of any kind of protein shake
- 30g Oat Flour
- 150g Quark
- 1 Egg
- Bourbon Vanilla
- 10g sugar-free Chocolate Drops
For the coating:
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Xylitol
For the raspberry sauce:
- Approx. 100g fresh Raspberries
- Bourbon Vanilla
- Sweetener
- Dash of Carob Gum
Directions:
In a Bowl, combine Quark, Egg, Vanilla Slim Shake and Oat Flour.
Bring Water to boil in a Pot.
Now, divide the Dough into 5-6 same-sized Pieces. It works best, when doing this with wet Hands cause the Dough's very sticky.
Press the Dough, add some Chocolate in the Middle and roll a Dumpling. Repeat.
Now, add them to the boiling Water.
Turn down Heat to a medium Level.
Slice Berries and microwave for 30-60 Seconds.
Combine with Vanilla, Carob and ev. Sweetener.
Then, mix Cacao and Xylitol for the Coating.
When the Dumplings are cooked, roll them into the Coating and serve with Sauce.
Done and enjoy!
